October 2019 witnessed a successful multi-sport event held in Wuhan, Hubei Province - the 7th Military World Games, which drew worldwide attention. To guarantee a successful Military Games, the Wuhan Traffic Management Bureau started to build an intelligent traffic surveillance network to enable full coverage of the traffic video networks. DPtech provides thousands of intelligent industrial switches and aggregation switches for this project to ensure network stability and reliability while providing intelligent and efficient operation and maintenance.
▌ Stable operation for 600+ days with an online utilization rate above 99.8%
As early as in the intelligent traffic communication network project back in 2017, DPtech already had thousands of industrial switches deployed in outdoor monitoring sites such as road segments and roofs. The devices were deployed at the following conditions:

■ Temperature ＞70℃
■ 相对湿度＞98%
■ RH ＞98%
Practices prove that it is the only industrial switch that can withstand high temperature and humidity while keeping running efficiently, with an online utilization rate above 99.8% after continuous and stable operation of more than 600 days. In addition to ensure stable operation of surveillance networks by providing highly reliable products, DPtech's devices are provided with unique redundancy and caching features to maintain uninterrupted video data flow and ensure that the burst high-definition image streaming network is free from jitter, thus gaining high praise from the customer.
▌ Stand ready to meet customer needs and provide intelligent industrial switches
DPtech has set up a number of offices in various markets across the country, with its R&D centers based in Beijing and Hangzhou. In this project, DPtech provided a fail alarm of heavy and weak currents, which enabled intelligent judgment of strong and weak current failure on the front-end network equipment. What’s more, DPtech helped with installation, testing and commissioning of the new function, increasing online utilization rate of front-end equipment, and achieving quick failure recovery and reduced operation and maintenance costs.
